Why We’re Here
In addition to standard neurological care for adults at Lewis Gale Medical Center and children at Carilion Roanoke Memorial, RNA also offers new and specialized services:
The Valley Infusion Center offers individual treatment plans for all types of thereapies, i.e. IVIG, Tysabri, Remicade, Xolair, Reclast and others as well as patient education for said therapies. Care is complemented by recliners, TV and internet access and gentle lighting and sound.
Blue Ridge Research Center has been conducting Phase II and Phase III clinical trails for more than 12 years, with research ongoing in the areas of epilepsy, MS, ADHD, migraines and Parkinson’s Disease. Full screening assures compatibility and increased likelihood of success.
Balance Evaluation and Management. With fall prevention as the goal, RNA’s video nystagmography testing assesses patients and provides the basis for a program aimed at decreasing unsteadiness and increasing independence at home.
