- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1/3 cup fig-apple wine
- 1/4 cup raspberries
- 1 fig, chopped
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- juice of half a lime
Place all ingredients except lime juice in a sauce pan. Bring to a rapid boil for 2 minutes.
Strain and add lime juice. Set aside to cool in refrigerator or room temperature.
