Devils Backbone Brewing Company Founder Jason Oliver will bring the signature tastes of the “Brew” (aka Blue) Ridge Mountains to pair with four courses of Chesapeake Bay fare at the Tides. The evening opens with an oyster roast of Rappahannock oysters followed by a family-style feast of Northern Neck charcuterie of cured meats, smoked fishes, pickled vegetables and relishes; roasted meats, grilled seafood and farm fresh vegetables. After nightfall, enjoy gourmet s’mores by the bonfire under the stars. $80 per person, and reservations are recommended.
