Drop in meditation class suitable for beginning and experienced meditators. Through these classes we can learn how to use Buddha’s advice in our daily lives to solve our problems and find the peace and happiness we seek. In this Sunday class, we will be following the book “How To Understand the Mind” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. This practical guide offers deep insight into our mind, and shows how an understanding of its nature and functions can be used practically in everyday experience to improve our lives to keep a light, positive mind. Each class will explore the instructions in the book directly, with guided meditation instruction and methods on how to put them immediately into practice in our modern busy lives.
