The Southwest Virginia Life Science Forum convenes scientists from throughout the region to share cutting-edge ideas and even spark collaborations. The forum will feature a poster session with representatives from academia, industry, and nonprofit technology organizations. Topic areas for the forum include the life sciences, chemistry and materials sciences, and nanotechnology and engineering.
Tours of the facility will be offered throughout the evening, and refreshments will be served.
Plenty of onsite parking is available, and complimentary shuttle service is offered to and from the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg.
Registration is complimentary for all employees of bioscience companies and university researchers, students, and faculty members, as well as anyone presenting a poster. The cost is $50 to all other attendees.
