    Topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, onion hay and our home-made BBQ sauce.

  • Cajun Cuervo Penne Pasta  $16
    Blackened chicken, lime, garlic, cilantro, red onion and of course tequila in a roasted red pepper sauce.
  • The Yardbird  $18
    A stuffed chicken breast finished with a mustard cream and served with sautéed asparagus and artichoke risotto.
  • The Filet  $28
    An eight-ounce filet mignon topped with mushroom caps, a red wine hollandaise and served with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies.
  • Black & Blue N.Y. Strip  $27
    A 14-oz. N.Y. strip, blackened and grilled to perfection, topped with blue cheese and a merlot reduction, served with roasted red potatoes an sautéed asparagus.
  • Award-Winning St. Louis Style Pork Ribs  half rack: $15 / full rack: $21
    Dry rubbed ribs, slow cooked until they fall off the bone, smothered in home-made BBQ sauce and served with choice of side.
