"Mitzi’s Abortion: A Saint’s Guide to Late-Term Politics & Medicine in America"
Hollins University 7916 Williamson Road , Roanoke, Virginia 24019
After seeing the performance last fall, the dean of the Virginia Tech-Carilion School of Medicine invited Hollins Theatre to present a special performance of the show in honor of the graduation of their first class of medical students - The Class of 2014. She felt the complex medical, ethical and emotional issues presented in the play were enormously valuable to medical professionals entering the field. As part of this exciting event, we offer one special performance to the Hollins and Roanoke Community. If you missed this powerful show during the sold-out run in October, now is your chance!
This performance will take place in the Hollins Theatre Upstairs Studio space which, at this time, unfortunately is not handicap accessible. General Admission tickets are available online at www.hollins.edu/theatre or by calling the box office at 540-362-6517.
