Hollins University 7916 Williamson Road , Roanoke, Virginia 24019
The conversation on the importance of civil discourse featuring Sandra Fluke that was originally scheduled for today in Babcock Auditorium has been postponed.
The event has been rescheduled for Thursday, November 1 at 8 p.m. in Babcock.
Sandra Fluke's February 2012 testimony before the House Democratic Steering and Policy Committee on the need to provide access to contraception elicited sharp criticism from conservative radio talk-show host Rush Limbaugh. Fluke is a cum laude graduate from the Georgetown University Law Center. She has been recognized for her extensive pro bono representation of victims of domestic violence and human trafficking.
