The Franklin County Retail Merchants Association will hold its annual Fun Festival, Monday, June 20th starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Farmers' Market in downtown Rocky Mount. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy this family friendly outdoor event featuring activities, music, and dancing performances. Children's activities include face painting, balloon art, dart games and more. Food, drinks, popcorn and cotton candy will be available. Don't miss the traditional flatfooting contest, where judges will pick the best flatfooters in the county. Come see who wins and enjoy the fun!
