The 30th Annual Bank of Fincastle 5K and 10K Run will be on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Central Academy Middle School in Fincastle, Virginia 24090.

The race will begin promptly at 9:00 AM.

You may arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 AM to pick up your Race Packet or to Register on the day of the race.

Both courses will be challenging with several steep inclines and declines through the historic town of Fincastle. Participants of all levels of ability are welcome. The streets will be closed from 9:00 to 10:30 AM and the course will be marked and staffed by volunteers. Traffic will be controlled by county officials. Splits are given at each mile marker. Water stops will be at 1.5, 3, and 5 mile markers. Fresh fruit and drinks are provided to all runners at the finish line. Bathroom facilities are available at Central Academy Middle School.

The Bank of Fincastle’s 5K/10K Run is always on the Third Saturday in October – mark your calendars!
