As they grow up, kids face multiple challenges and experience all kinds of emotions, which can be quite stressful. Possessing “emotional intelligence” means being able to effectively identify and manage feelings as they occur. It also means being able to bounce back after adversity or failure. In this workshop, for kids and/or their parents, you will learn how to develop greater awareness of emotions and what to do with those that create distress. You will also discover practical strategies for developing the ability to respond to and recover from negative situations.
