The Elks National Home Christmas display in Bedford, "The Christmas Capital of Virginia", will begin on December 13 at 5:00 pm, with a ceremony in the dining room. There will be many different Christmas scenes with over 50,000 lights. More that 100,000 visitors are anticipated.
