Forest Investigators Hike at Explore Park

The forest at Explore Park, just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, is waking up and is full of tiny things. Wander with Naturalist Tara Poelzing down to the pioneer village and investigate forest, field, and wetlands for wildflowers and wildlife. Children will serve as our chief investigators on this youth-focused hike and must be accompanied by an adult if under 14 year of age. Strollers not recommended. Length is about 1 1/2 miles.
