Description: MystiCon 2013 is a three-day science-fiction, fantasy, & pop culture convention that takes place during the weekend of February 22-24 at the Holiday Inn Tanglewood in Roanoke, VA. We feature over 100 writers, artists, bloggers, podcasters, filmmakers, musicians and wrestlers. Our Guests of Honor include Peter Davison, the actor who was the Fifth Doctor on the "Doctor Who" TV series and is also Henry Sharpe in “Law & Order UK”, Hugo and Nebula award winning writer Orson Scott Card, fantasy illustrator Larry Elmore, Young Adult author Tom Angleberger, gaming developer Steve Long, and Special Musical Guests Bella Morte, The Gothsicles, and Devo Spice! We also have three LARPs (live action role playing games) at the hotel for the weekend.
