The Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine's spring 2016 art exhibition--Recent Observations and Discoveries--is curated by local acclaimed artist Ann Bondurant Trinkle and features the works of six local artists as well as students from the "Young Audiences" program at William Fleming High School. The exhibition ties together a common thread with science, medicine, and art: close attention to detail. The show features drawings, paintings, photography, and mixed media.
Featured artists include Jennifer Anderson, Betsy Bannan, Gerry Bannan, Melissa Fernatt, Ann Glover, and Ann Bondurant Trinkle.
All are welcome to attend the opening reception of this free exhibition, which is sponsored by the Creativity in Health Education Program at the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine.
