Russian Martial Arts Class

Join us every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:00-9:00 to learn the traditional Russian Martial Art of Systema. We teach practical self-defense for all situations in a relaxed, informal environment. The class is suitable for men and women of all physical abilities age 16+ (under 18 with a parent's permission). Senior citizens are encouraged to attend as well! Take two introductory classes for $20 to see if this is a good fit for you.
