16th Annual Flotilla for Toy's Boat Parade

This Boat Parade helps raise funds for local children in need. Enjoy a day by Smith Mountain lake either as a spectator or a boater. Virginia Dare will lead the parade in a assortment of holiday decoration clad boats to sound off the parade. Admission is free for spectators and $35 for boat riders.
