The Roanoker Subscription Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all paid subscriptions to The Roanoker magazine:
- Print Subscriptions are available exclusively to U.S. residents, due to shipping constraints. Non-U.S. residents may read the free Digital Edition where supported.
- Subscription Start: Some offers specify which issue will be your first copy, while others may not. If not clearly stated, your subscription will begin with the next published issue, based on production and printing schedules. If you prefer a specific issue as your first copy and are unsure which issue is currently being fulfilled, please contact us to check availability first.
- The Roanoker publishes 6 issues a year, but reserves the right to change the number of issues in an annual term, including discontinuing any format and substituting and/or modifying the manner in which the subscription is distributed.
- Delivery: Print subscriptions are sent via USPS periodical class bulk mail. Delivery timing is subject to USPS service capabilities and may vary. In some cases, delays may occur.
- Continuous Service Satisfaction Guarantee: The continuous service program guarantees uninterrupted delivery of each issue of The Roanoker. When you sign up for a subscription that includes continuous service you are agreeing to be automatically renewed each year at the guaranteed lowest renewal rate then in effect. You will be notified before your renewal is processed, and you may cancel at any time and receive a complete refund on any unserved balance of your subscription. Your satisfaction is always 100% guaranteed. Continuous Service is not available wherever prohibited. Discounted subscription offers require enrollment in the continuous service program. Customers who prefer not to enroll may choose full-price pre-paid purchases or, occasionally, bill-by-mail options.
