Ingredients
- ½ pkg. Lime Jell-O
- ¾ cup boiling water
- ½ lb. miniature marshmallows
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 carton cottage cheese
- ½ pint whipping cream
- 10 maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over Jell-O and marshmallows until partly melted. Add pineapple, mix, put in refrigerator until partly jelled. Add nuts, cottage cheese, cherries, mixing well. Fold in whipping cream (beaten stiff). Place in refrigerator until firm.
