Ingredients
1 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
½ cup butter or margarine
3 ripe bananas (4 if small) sliced thin
2½ cups flour and 1 tsp. Soda sifted together
¼ cup nut
Instructions
Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs, then bananas. Add sifted flour and soda, then nuts. Bake in slow oven about 1 hour in 1 large or 2 small loaf pans. Will make about 28 sandwiches or 56 slices.
