Ingredients
- 2 3oz.pkgs strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 10oz packages frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 large can crushed pineapple & 4 small mashed bananas
- ¾ cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in water, add berries, pineapple (un-drained) and bananas. Pour half mixture in a 9×12 dish, let set slightly. Cover with sour cream. Top with remaining Jell-O and let set.
Quick Notes
Will serve 12-15. “This is one of Mom’s favorites for a get-together dinner, especially at Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.”
