Halloween Treats!
Ready for Halloween? I wanted to do something fun this year for my 18-month-old daughter in addition to trick-or-treating and letting her eat a candy bar or two. So I of course took to Pinterest to find cute Halloween-related desserts.
These Frankenstein Pudding Cups were too adorable to pass up. And easy too! Just mix vanilla pudding with green food coloring, pour the mixture into clear cups decorated with a monster face and top with crushed chocolate cookies. I made the mistake of drawing the Frankenstein face on the outside of the cup after I poured in the pudding, so the marker didn’t work so well. So be sure to decorate the cup first…and please excuse my poor drawing skills!
Frankenstein Pudding Cups
- 1 box of vanilla pudding
- 2 cups cold milk
- 4 clear cups (4 oz. size)
- 6 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 15-20 drops of green food coloring
- Permanent Marker
Mix pudding according to directions on box. Add food coloring and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 5 minutes.
Draw faces on the clear cups. Pour pudding evenly into four cups. Top with crushed Oreos.
