There are spider cupcakes, monster cookies, pumpkin cake balls and other cute ideas for sweet Halloween-themed treats. But since the little one will probably be getting lots of candy while trick-or-treating, I decided to try a dinner that got us into the Halloween spirit instead.
Mummy dogs will be on the menu this Halloween. They are super easy to make, which will help us have a fast meal before heading out for the night. You only need two ingredients: hot dogs and crescent rolls. Just cut the crescent dough into strips, wrap them around the hot dogs to resemble mummy shroud, bake and you’re done! I added a face made with dots of mustard for the full effect.
Have fun! This recipe is great to do with your kids.
