The Frates Home
The wide open space gives Joshua room to play.
Fun & Functional
The Frates created an open space that’s great not only for entertaining but also hiding toys.
The great room and kitchen of Rob & Karen Frate’s Troutville home left little to be desired…until now. New cabinets, floors, furniture and appliances are just the beginning of their revamped, more functional space.
The area also includes a quaint breakfast nook that serves several purposes – a nice place to share a meal and built-in storage for their son Joshua’s toys. If they aren’t asleep, Rob says this family-friendly space is exactly where to find them.
