It can’t be helped – we want to pet this little guy’s face until he’s annoyed about it. What a good looking guy!

Oscar is definitely NOT a grouch! This happy boy loves to play, and shows his contentment with a super loud purr. Give him a stuffed mouse, and this handsome tuxedo cat will entertain you for hours. Oscar has been diagnosed with a heart murmur, but you would never know it by watching him in action.

Oscar has been vaccinated, microchipped, neutered, and feline leukemia tested. Meet this amazing fellow today at the Roanoke Valley SPCA between Noon and 6pm.
