Today we wrap up Adopt a Senior Pet Month at RVSPCA with the grand finale, Tater. He is 78 pounds of awesomeness!
Tater is a gentle giant who loves people, but unfortunately has spent most of his life outside their company. Tater is a 12 year old shepherd mix who has spent his whole life tied up outside. In the short amount we’ve had him, we can tell that he wants to please. He just needs some help learning what to do.
He sits nicely for treats and even offers his paw. Tater’s neck is dull from being tied out so long, but he responds well on a leash while wearing a harness. Tater is in excellent health and has been vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.
